Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings for Flair Camp are confirmed only upon receipt of a £200 non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated by Flair Camp prior to the start of the camp.
By completing a booking, participants confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds, cancellations, and transfers are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
By booking a place, participants agree to the Refund Policy in full.
3. Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Flair Camp.
Transfers to future Flair Camp editions are not permitted.
Flair Camp reserves the right to refuse a transfer if the replacement participant does not meet participation requirements.
4. Participant Responsibility & Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, instructors, other participants, hotel staff, and members of the public at all times.
Flair Camp reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Health, Fitness & Safety
Participants confirm that they are physically fit and medically able to take part in flair bartending activities.
Flair Camp is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or reckless behaviour.
Participants take part at their own risk.
6. Liability
Flair Camp is not responsible for:

Personal injury, illness, or loss not caused by negligence

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Travel disruptions, delays, or accommodation issues outside Flair Camp’s control
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
7. Media & Content
Flair Camp may photograph or film participants during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, participants grant Flair Camp permission to use such content unless written objection is submitted prior to the camp.
8. Changes to the Programme
Flair Camp reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, instructors, locations, or activities if necessary.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
9. Force Majeure
Flair Camp shall not be held liable for failure to deliver the camp due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
11. Acceptance
By booking and attending Flair Camp, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
