Refund Policy

All bookings for Flair Camp require a £200 deposit to secure a place.

Deposits

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Cancellations by the Participant

• Any remaining balance (amount paid beyond the £200 deposit) is refundable up to 30 days before the start of the camp.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

 

Transfers

• Bookings may be transferred to another person, subject to prior notice and approval by Flair Camp.

• Bookings cannot be transferred to another Flair Camp edition.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

• Flair Camp understands that unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or other serious events may occur.

• Any consideration outside of this policy is at the sole discretion of Flair Camp and does not guarantee a refund.

 

Cancellation by Flair Camp

• In the unlikely event that Flair Camp cancels the camp, all payments made will be fully refunded to all participants.

By booking a place at Flair Camp, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
